We Are Currently Looking To Recruit Two Very Ambitious IT Helpdesk Assistant To Work In Our Bournemouth Office.

The Primary Role Is To Support The IT Helpdesk Engineers In The Day-to-day Operations Of The Service Desk. Good Knowledge Of PC/Laptop Hardware, As Well As Windows 7 And MS Office 2007/2010 Are Technical Skills That We Are Looking For In An IT Helpdesk Assistant.

Knowledge Of MAC Hardware And Operating Systems, Windows Server 2008, Active Directory, Exchange Server 2007/2010 And VMWare Experience Are Not Essential But Would Be Advantageous As Would Any Experience With Telephone Systems (IP, SIP).

You Will Need To Be A Fast Learner, Organised, Reliable, Self-motivated And Customer Focused; With An Excellent Telephone Manner, Written And Verbal Communication Skills.

A Key Part Of This Role Is Incident Analysis To Provide Feedback Into Our Continuous Service Improvement Program. Knowledge Of The ITIL Framework And An MCP Qualification Would Be Advantageous, But Is Not Essential.
