We're A Young But Rapidly Growing Property Maintenance And Repairs Company Based Near Liverpool Street, With A Client Base Mostly Comprising Leading London Estate Agencies, Property Developers And Homeowners. We're Currently Looking For Someone To Help Develop Marketing Initiatives And Assist With The Day-to-day Finances.

The Roles Are Both Full Time Positions And The Applicants Must Be Available To Start Immediately For A Period Of No Less Than 12 Weeks. This Is A Non-laying Intern Role; However We Pay £50 A Week Towards Your Travel Expenses For An 3 Month Period. High Flying Candidates May Get A Job Offer At The End Of The Internship.

We Need People Who Can Come On Board, Grasp The Basics And Hit The Ground Running. You Will Have Great IT Skills, An Eye For Detail, Enthusiastic, Passionate, Hardworking And With A Great Telephone Manner. As Part Of A Small Team You’ll Benefit From Knowing The Ropes Of A Busy Environment And Taking Part In Exciting And Productive Marketing Projects.

- Creating And Maintaining A Social Media Presence (Twitter, Facebook, Google Ads Etc)
- Coming Up With PR Ideas And Contacting Press To Help Us Grow Our Profile
- Creating Advertising Strategies
- Writing Articles For Website And Attempting To Place Them In Publications
- Overseeing Email Campaigns
- Lead Sourcing
- Creating Marketing Campaigns And Documents

- Contacting Clients On Financial Matters (don't Worry, You Won't Be Chasing Bills!)
- Placing Orders For Supplies And Materials
- Helping Create Quotes For Works & Projects
- Researching & Comparing Prices For Materials
- Compiling Internal Reports On Various Aspects Of The Company's Finances
