I am selling my detachable electric handcycle and manual wheelchair as poor health has forced me to use a powerchair permanently.
The wheelchair is a Kuschall K4 model which was originally purchased in mid 2009 for around £2k and to buy one new today would still cost around £1.5k if you shop around online.
In late 2010 I purchased a Team Hybrid Viper electric handcycle attachment specially adapted for the Kuschall K4 wheelchair at a price of £3530 (see image of original quote) in addition to adding mountain bike wheelchair wheels at £395 meaning that I spent £3925 overall on this setup. To buy a Viper Handcycle today would cost £2.8k for the standard model and then a further £1245 for their adapted wheelchair.
I would also point out that I got my Viper specifically adapted to carry 2 batteries to allow extra range on journeys and both batteries are included and also a water bottle holder is included and I will also include a wheelchair cushion and the standard wheelchair wheels in addition to the mountain bike wheels.
In addition to the pictures and video I have included, search Google for the Team Hybrid website for a full breakdown of the Viper handcycle including specifications, pictures & videos.
I live in Dungiven(see map image) and I am looking for £1500 or nearest offer. The price is negotiable. If interested call me (Frank) on 02877740291 or my son Kevin on 07835556808 and please leave a message if you can’t get through.
