I have for sale 275 square metres or 329 square yards of reclaimed Maple Flooring

The flooring is in very good condition and has been lifted by hand.

It will make an excellent period floor and has very little damage.

Photographs

Photos 1 and 2 = I have finished the flooring in three different sections to give you an idea of the individual finishes that can be achieved with this floor. The bottom section has been coated three times with a satin clear, water based varnish . In the centre section I have used three coates of briwax original and the top section I have used a clear satin oil based floor varnish.

Photos 3-6 = I have used a hand sander to sand back the blocks and demonstrate the grain in the floor.

Photos 7-9 = These pictures show the condition and the lack of damage to the block.

Photo 10 = This is how the blocks are dry stored ready for collection.

The price for this is £10 a square yard £12 a square metre.

I do recommend a full inspection before purchasing, however, for a reasonable quantity I will post samples to you.
