A prefab concrete garage which measures approximately 3m wide x 6m long x 2.1m high. The garage is made up of 33 concrete panels with garage door and side door access.
Each concrete panel is aprox 40cm's wide and 2.1m high and the panels bolt together to allow easy construction.

5 panels include space for glass windows. New glass will be needed following dismantling.

Side door lintle is aprox 80cm to allow for a new door. The existing door needs replacing.

Up and over door mechanism does work but would recommend a replacement mechanism or fitting front opening swing doors.

Garage door opening 2.3m wide x 2m high.

A new roof is also required.

Buyer to dismantle and collect. Garage available for dismantling & collection w/c 15th July.
