The front of the shop has double doors and a very large window, with some seating facing the window, the shop also has electric shutters for added security.

Shop is located in the centre of Sheffield City Centre and is being sold as a going concern. Rent is only 115 pounds a week and you will get free rates for a year from the council.

The business has great potential as it only opens during the day (11AM till 4PM) at the moment as due to ill health, the business also has a licence to trade till 12.00 midnight. So the scope to expand the business to open all day is a definate possibility.

I am achieving a turnover of 900-1000 pounds a week at the moment by only opening from 11am till 3pm, that's only 3-4 hours a day so if you open all day, you will get a lot more, the business has a late licence till 12 midnight.

I will consider offers in the region of 5000 pounds. The stock and fixtures and fittings are worth more than that but I am looking for a quick sale because of my health problems.
