Selling this bunk bed perfect for extra space and a guest bed also underneath space can be used as study area as has desk. Frame is metal desk is beech colour all screws etc no mattresses included and does need futon mattress we have just used single mattress on futon and used it as bunk beds i do still have the manual also with instructions for assembly but it is quite simple allen key mechanism. needs to be collected will fit in estate car or small van.
