I am selling a Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul 'Signed, Aged & Played' Pearly Gates 1959 Reissue guitar...i bought the guitar new from Guitar Village in the UK...only 50 were made Worldwide in 2009...it is beautifully 'Aged' by Tom Murphy of Gibson...it is a fabulous looking and sounding guitar...the Pearly Gates Reissue is well known to probably be the best Reissue to come out of the Gibson Custom Shop.

The guitar is all original and it has been safely stored in my 'smoke free' home...and it still has the original 'played by Billy Gibbons' strings on it.

The guitar has a stunning 'Burst' flame maple top, a solid mahogany body, a long tenon neck, wonderful Seymour Duncan Custom Shop 'Pearly Gates' pickups (as specifically requested by Billy Gibbons), an extremely comfortable 1959 neck profile with a beautiful rosewood fretboard with lots of character...and the guitar weighs a very comfortable 8 lb 12 oz.

The guitar comes with a silk screened 'signature' Custom Shop hardcase, a white 'signature' guitar sock, a 'signed by Billy Gibbons' framed photograph, the hang tags, a special 'marble effect' COA and the original shipping box.

This is an amazing guitar...it is as close to a real 1959 'Burst' as you can get.
