Hello, I'm selling this on behalf of my Nephew who unfortunately has lost interest in learning to box and is now more interested in the ladies!!! Much to my sisters dissaproval...anyway

It is approx three years old and is pretty good condition, It has hardly been used really he's no Frank Bruno more Frank Spencer!

It can be filled with Sand or Water (currently has a little sand in it, but has been partially emptied to make life easier for transportation)
As you can see in the pics the base comes away from bag to be filled and is then secured again by strong velcro straps.

Ideal for those who do not want to suspend from a ceiling, also good for those learning kick box as it an ideal height.

It's 54" in height and 35" in diameter, the base is 55" in diameter

So if you have the next Nigel Benn lurking at home in their bedroom it's an ideal opportunity to encourage self esteem and regular exercise in this computer generated world we live in.
