This caravan was specifically chosen to make a nice warm and comfortable home from home for my 2 kids when I have access to them at the weekends.

Not new but clean, dry & good condition. Been used every other weekend for 4 years.
In fact we haven't actually used it now for the last 2 months and it has not had any heating as it is now disconnected from services; in spite of this when I went to collect some things on the 25/2/12 there was no sign of dampness at all.

I don't smoke so no smells. The macerator & piping will be included as will the microwave cooker in the kitchen. There is also about 20m of fresh water pipework. All pipes are insulated against the winter weather. It is ideal for a self-build project or living in as we have all year round with no problems. No longer needed so offered for sale.
