Canon Pixma MP560 Printer Ink
The printer has been used for just 3 months and still looks new.
The Canon Pixma MP560 is a fantastic multifunction printer featuring a flashy 2-inch LCD screen, auto-document feeder, intuitive scroll wheel, dual paper trays and an auto-duplexer for double-sided printing. The Canon Pixma MP560 resembles to Canon printers of the past in terms of size, shape, and overall appearance. Like all Canon printers, it has the same glossy black and matte silver finish maintaining the creative shapes and a professional finishing style. Its width is 18 inches, breadth is 14.5 inches and the length is 6 inches. To print documents and photos, you would need to outbound paper tray which increases the width by 4 inches. Due to compact size, the printer can easily sit in your workplace without taking too much space
2-inch LCD display
The printer features a stylish and innovative 2-inch LCD display. It is placed under the control panel. To view the LCD, users need to flip up the control panel. LCD has a set of adjoining buttons that control different applications such as switching, selection of number of copies, start/stop and Canon's Easy Scroll Wheel. The easy scroll wheel is placed in the middle which allows the users to navigate image albums and onscreen menus.
Memory card, USB support
Underneath the display, there is a media card reader. It supports microSD cards, Memory Stick, xD and SD. At the bottom of the printer, there is a PictBridge compatible USB port which allows the users direct-to-print access. Since the Pixma MP560 features a USB 2.0 and the wireless print server built into the system, the users can connect to a PC.
Paper trays and scanner
The printer has two paper trays; a 150-sheet front control that slides out from underneath the device and a 150-sheet tray on the back meant for smaller photo paper and assorted paper sizes. The manufacturer has also provided the printer with an auto-duplexer for double-sided prints. The Canon Pixma MP560 has a standard 8.5-inch-by-11-inch scanner that sits above the ink bay.
Easy to set up
The printer is very easy to set up and use. To install the printer, all you need to do is inserting Canon's driver software CD. The software prompts to install with the help of either a USB 2.0 or a wireless 802.11b/g connection.
The printer uses five separate ink cartridges. The ink cartridges include a cyan, magenta, yellow, black, and a pigment black for photos. Speaking of printing costs, users can spend 3 cents per color page and 4 cents per black page. It would be right to say that the users get average print costs for a printer at this price.
