Im selling an absolutely stunning brand new Mamas and Papas cot bed 'Veneto' style with Sleepsafe Deluxe Spring Interior Mattress.

Mamas & Papas is the best cot makers in the contry. You will get several years usage from this gorgeous cot bed which will compliment any baby bedroom. It is extremely solid and superbly crafted. There is no cheap and nasty wood here. If you know Mamas and Papas, then you know: THIS IS QUALITY FURNITURE.

THE COT BED HAS BEEN ASSEMBLED BUT NEVER SLEPT IN SO IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY SCRATCHES WHATSOEVER AND, OBVIOUSLIY, AS NOBODY HAS EVER SLEPT ON THIS MATTRESS, IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY STAINS.

My mother has bought this stunning pine cot bed for over £500 when new and paid £100 for this top of the range mattress hoping that her granddaughter would come and stay with her from time to time. Unfortunately we had to go abroad at short notice and stayed there for quite a while. And now my mother is downsizing so this beautiful cot bed and its mattress are surplus to requirements.

As you can see from the photos, this is a gorgeous solid nursery piece in really beautiful shape and colour. It is excellent quality and is in fantastic condition, very well looked after and very solid. This is a superbly made cot bed, which is both robust and sturdy. It is crafted from solid wood and finished in rich antique pine. Its beautiful versatile colour and the unisex style will suit any nursery or toddler room. This attractive cot bed is very spacious. It has a really nice sculptured edge to it, which makes it look that little bit more stylish.

I think the key feature about this cot bed is its versatility. It can be used as a cot with the slatted side panels up. You can fix the mattress at 4 different levels as your baby grows. The highest position is perfect for newborns so you don't need to lean over too much to pick them up. The lowest position is suitable and safe for a standing toddler and when they are finally ready to move to a bed, the sides can be fully removed to convert into a junior bed. The base lowers to the ground so that they have safe and easy access to get in and out of bed 'creating an ultra safe sleeping area for toddlers and peace of mind for their parents getting rid of the bars.

WHEN USED AS A COT:
- There is height adjustment for 4 different ages: set to the highest fixing for easy access to baby, middle heights when baby is able to crawl and then sit up and lowest height when in bed format.
- The end panels are the same height
- The sidebars are fixed into position, which makes it very, very sturdy and may be a finger saver
- The sidebars have covered teething rails to protect your babys delicate teeth and gums.

WHEN USED AS A BED:
- The side panels are removed completely
- The footboard has a section, which can be removed so the foot end is lower (see picture)
- Bed has fixed base height

Buying a Cot + Mattress is quite expensive especially if the child will only use it for a few months or years. I would buy a cot bed over a standard cot any day if wanted to get maximum use out of it - why spend extra money on a separate cot and then have to fork out for a second bed when they grow too big for the cot when you can buy the whole package from birth?

And AS YOU ARE ALL AWARE, MAMAS AND PAPAS IS THE BEST LEADING BRAND IN BABY EQUIPMENT AND its cots and cot beds are VERY EXPENSIVE TO BUY. So why not save money and buy a very good quality cot bed and mattress, which have only been assembled but never actually been slept in thus in brand new condition.
