Hey there, my names Chris

I am about to graduate and looking for a place for next year as I am staying in Leeds for at least another year. I currently have a job working as a charity fundraiser which pays really well and have a weekly pay package so money is not a problem. I am 21 almost 22 but have been living away from home in shared accommodation in Brighton and Leeds since I was 18 so house share conventions are something I am used to.

Apart from fundraising I am a filmmaker, just finishing my degree in film and moving image production with a number of roles on films coming up with people from the BBC and hopefully some features. I am also a musician and have been for going on 11 years now, and again in a shared house I realise the conventions, I am a bass/guitar player and used to using headphones.

Other than that I'm just a generally nice guy, love meeting new people, talking is o ne of my stronger qualities. I find the idea of moving in with people I haven't known for ages exciting I did it when I moved to Brighton and twice since living in Leeds and am now really good friends with all of them.
I would like to maybe arrange a viewing and a drink to see if we get on? My tenancy runs out on my place at the end of June which is ideally when I am looking to move so let me know if this is plausible.
