I own the flat so a reasonable deposit and no dodgy landlords to deal with. It’s a 10 or so minute walk through park to Byres Road. You can actually walk all the way to Glasgow Uni from the back of my flat without ever leaving the side of the river Kelvin. Flat has phone, wireless internet and Sky television with Sky Sports (a pool table as well- one that folds away). Tesco super store is round the corner. Bus into city centre will take 10 Minutes. Most west end flats around £250 excluding bills with council tax about £100 so you’ll save yourself some money. Rent & Bills would be £325 for everything.
