The house is currently home to three young professionals and we are looking for someone like-minded to fill our 4th bedroom.
We are ideally placed just five minutes from Mooreland Road, and are only a 15 minute walk into the centre of town. There are frequent buses which run from a short walk away from the house.
The house itself has a large kitchen with a 6 seater table, washing machine, dishwasher and gas cooker. The bathroom has a rain forest shower head and the rest of the house has been newly redecorated and refurbished throughout.
We are looking for someone who is fun loving, a young professional who is outgoing and tidy.
