Hi There,

We have a spare room in a beautiful two bedrooms flat in Putney.
We are a nice, sensible, tidy, and sporty couple in our early 30s. Like most people in London we work hard and are usually quite busy so like to chill out in front of the telly with food and wine when possible at home

We are looking for a single Professional to take over the other double room. We are looking for someone tidy and quite who can make this flat home, who can enjoy socializing but having their own space and a Non Smoker.
We would prefer if you are tidy and considerate and help us with the cleaning. With just 3 tenants we don't think its necessary to get a cleaner in if everyone does their bit but are happy to consider getting a cleaner if it works for all of us better.

About the flat, it is a two double bedrooms flat, separated living and dinning area, modern kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave) and a eating in table. The bathroom is a good size one and the shower is lovely and strong! Gas central heating throughout the flat. The owners of it keep it just perfect and are always available to help when need it.

Room: Double Bedroom, built in wardrobe, bedside table. (Owner is happy to get an extra furniture if needed)

Location: Less than Ten minutes walk to Putney train station (10 min by train to Waterloo), two minutes away from bus stops, easy and reliable transport to get to Central London, Victoria, Clapham, Wimbledon, etc.
Close enough to walk to the high street where you find plenty of trendy pubs and shops but far enough to live away of the noise of it.

Rent: £700 plus bills, these generally come to about £70 to £90 depending on the season and divided equally between the three of us. Council tax in wandsworth is very low.
Rent to be paid by standing order.
The room will be available on the 24th of March 2012. Minimum stay 6 months.

Legal stuff: Deposit £700 plus one month rent in advance
