Seven friends and I are looking to spend our final year of study together in a house or flat in Bristol city centre. We need a property starting either at the start of July or, if this is not possible, September until July 2013.

We are all final year or postgraduate level students, and will therefore prefer somewhere not too noisy (although exceptions can be made for a particularly nice property).

Each of us have rented in Bristol in different locations for the past two years of study and we have all met all of the requirements of our previous tenancy agreements. This year we are looking to rent something particularly interesting (possibly Kingsdown, Stokes Croft, Clifton) within proximity of Bristol University.

We are reliable, tidy and courteous. All enquirers are welcome.
