I am looking for a nice,spacious house for a long term rental-ideally with a garage-however this is not essential.
I am an excellent tenant-and will look after the property with the utmost care.I need to know that it will be available long term-so that I can feel secure-and not feel that the landlord is going to want the property back after a year or so.
I am a mature professional lady with an extremely well behaved 11 year old looking for a house to make our home. I can pay up to 1100 pounds per month. I am very reliable-very houseproud-and always pay my rent on time.
