30 something couple, own and run Centre Arts in Cheltenham.
We need more space so looking to rent a 2 bed house.
We are reliable etc. have lots of references for this and previous landlord references.
The female half of us also runs a cleaning company, never lost a deposit on a house rent!
The cat is fantastic and not a menace or scratcher of anything other than her mat.
We would idealy like to be in town but can stretch to the Tewkesbury side if it was lovely and cottagey!
Very happy to re-decorate, minor repair jobs etc in exchange for rent, we are super handy with plumber, electrician, builder, decorator close relatives.
