Hello!

My partner and I are looking for a 2 bed flat/house to rent in Lewes. We are currently renting a 1 bed flat in Brighton but we need more space since having a baby last year and we are also craving a quieter lifestyle!

We both work - I am a doctor and my partner works for a TV company. We can both provide excellent employment and tenancy references.

We are ideally looking for somewhere for 850 or under, which I know is optimistic but we are both going to be commuting to Brighton to work which is an extra cost. We would also ideally like somewhere with parking or an area where parking permits can be applied for, but this is not necessarily essential.

We are looking for a long term let as we will be staying in the area for at least another 2 years.
