I am looking to swap my 2bedroom flat in milngavie for a 3bedroom house/flat in milngavie/bearsden westerton, would need something in these areas and ultra close to them. really want to stay in east dunbartonshire though.

Only want to move as we do not have enough room for our family in current house.

Flat is right next to bus stops to glasgow, about 15min walk from milngavie train station. across street from 2 shops and post office as well as right next to primary school and well known and sought after high school. house has been decorated recently. there is a garden and drying shape as well a 2 large close cupboards. flat also has a large loft.

There are only two flats in the block and this on is the top of the two. very secure door. rent and council tax pretty low for area.
