I urgently require a one bed character flat in the Boscombe/Southbourne area.
I have been looking for the past 3 months, luckily have been living with family, but Autumn is coming and I really want to get settled in my own place. I'm hoping there is a flat out there that match some of my requirements.

I require a one bed flat. Would love ground floor but happy to look at first floor. Can be furnished or unfurnished. A flat with some period features, high ceilings/fireplace,quirky with some character. Can afford £550 a month.
I'm open to a short term let of 4/6 months if you have a holiday rental.
I have my deposit, month in advance, excellent references and ready to move.
