Urgent short term let required for 4 females from 1st July 2012 - 15th August 2012.

My budget is £45 per person per week and I'm able to pay upfront assuming the accomodation is respectful and liveable, upon the receipt of keys and contract. You will only have to liase with me so it will be a quick and easy deal.

As this is quite urgent I'm not o fussed on the location as long as it is in Birmingham.
