:i have a two bedroom high rise flat
:new sutton road
:great area
:loads of shops bus stops etc
:areas inculde sutton,wyldgreen,erdington,greatbarr,kingstanding all the above areas are ether walking distance or if you dont like to walk much theres bus stops within every 5min walk and also 3 that are right outside my home
:freindly people who always say hey and stop for a chat
: iv lived here for 3years now but due to haveing a two children and one on the way we rely do need to move in to a ground floor flat or house ether 2 or 3 bed must have garden so my children can play its not fair on them to stay up here i love this flat a lot of good times here and it will kill me to move but its whats best for the children so if you have the above proerty and dont rely need or mind moveing then get in touch you will have made this family very happy this is how important it is for us to have a garden and be on the ground floor im currtly with b.c.c i would move to bromford housing or somthink along those lines if they alow me to do so i would like to stay in erdington or wyldgreen area but will strongly think of somewere further out such as sutton
