I am an 18 yr old male student lookng to rent an unfurnished double room within the city centre or walking distance.

I am very flexible as to the type of housemate but it would be preferable to share the flat with male(s) who are easygoing and share household chores.

If you are interested please let me know by e-mail. At the moment I am not in Aberdeen therefore it would be preferable to communicate via e-mail and arrange viewings nearer the date. If you could e-mail pictures of the accommodation and explain what type of flatmate you are looking for it would be much appreciated.
