Nice, cozy and furnished single bedroom for rent in a house in City Quay. 5 minutes walk to the wellgate centre and 10 to the Overgate centre. 3minutes walk to Seagate bus station. House has three stories and 5bedrooms in total. Shared bathroom. There is a lovely garden and space to play frisbee an football. Internet connection is very fast and costs just £25 per month or £5 from a person. House has gas heating and bills need to be paid quarterly. In winter months it comes to £50pounds per person, but that is for 3months. Electricity for 3 months is about £20 per person.
Flatmates are very nice and friendly and don't make any fuss.
