Electric and gas is based on a top up basis, we share this. It works out about £15/20 a month per person.

UWE is a 25 minute walk and the centre of town about 40 minutes There’s two of us living here at the moment, both students. We are both friendly laid back people who enjoy wine and home cooked food :)
