Hi,

We've got two double rooms available in our truely great flat. Both rooms come with a double bed, wardrobe and desk/chair. They are at the back of the flat so they're quiet, with big windows. They are medium sized, the second and third biggest rooms in the flat.

We've got a HUGE living room/kitchen area, which boasts a telly (Virgin TV so lots of channels in digital including ESPN, National Geographic and loads of movie channels), fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.


You'll be sharing with three others (plus the other persone who would get that other room) - a Spanish couple (they're lovely), and a Scottish guy (he's great too), all full-time workers who get on well and socialise together too.

The flat is across the road from Haymarket station, so really central for any UK-wide travelling. The bus stops outside can take you anywhere in Edinburgh. We're 5 minutes walk from Princes St, or Water of Leith Walk, or 10mins from Tollcross. We're right close to loads of pubs and takeways and shops.

OK so I've convinced you it's an awesome flat (it really is), so let's get down to business:

It's £360 pcm for the biggest of the room, £340 for the slightly smaller one.
It's about £26 pcm for council tax
It's £12 pcm for the TV, phone line and unlimited wireless broadband (50mb) thoughout the flat.
It's about £20 pcm for gas/electricity.

We're looking for someone who can move in right now and stay for June and July. The lease expires on August 2nd and won't be renewed.

Anyone is welcome, but be aware that if you're a student, you'll still have to pay for your share of council taxes. And both rooms are plenty big enough for one person, but probably not big enough for a couple.
