Looking for 2nd male / female professional person to share modern 3 bed house on quiet new build estate in Taffs Well with myself. I'm a 35 year old professional male and preferably I'd like somebody aged 28 - 40 to house share with. All bills included and room comes with full use of house with private bathroom (bath and shower), fully equipped kitchen, lounge, off road parking space and garden. House is just a ten minute walk to the train station where you can be in Cardiff City centre within 20 minutes. Very close to A470 and M4 Junction 32 (Coryton / Village Hotel / Asda). I work full time as a project manager so I'm away for most of the week. I'm clean and tidy and no party animal so to say! I don't have kids or pets, I'm in a relationship so If I'm not away with work I'm usually staying with my girlfriend. My interests include fitness, gym, cooking and travel.
