Our house is a semi-detached house situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac,we have a large living room with laminate flooring and measures 18ft x 10ft,it has a good size Kitchen (newly fitted just over a year ago) with breakfast bar and is 13ft x 6ft, 1st double bedroom is a good size 11ft x 10ft and has a walk in wardrobe , 2nd bedroom is good size and is 13ft x 6.5ft. There is full central heating and double glazing throughout,we have a private back garden and it's 40ft x 20ft,we also have off road parking with space for 2 cars.

The reason for us wanting to move is because my wife is pregnant so we need the extra bedroom and we work close to castle point and my son goes to school near castle point so we are a bit out of the way for us

please note this house is NOT FOR PRIVATE RENT, and we can only swap with council or housing association property's
