Three friendly, twenty-something girls looking for a fourth housemate to join our house share off Mill Road. We would prefer to share with a professional, ideally another girl. We are a sociable house and enjoy each other’s company (and the odd cup of tea), but also have our own lives and would like to find someone similar.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, cupboard and shelves, there is also an additional storage space immediately opposite it. Rent is £370 per month including bills, except for wifi internet (£5.50 per month) and TV license (£36 for the year). One months rent is required as a deposit and one month in advance. Communal facilities include living room, kitchen, washing machine, recently renovated bathroom and a large garden. Free parking on road outside if required. The Landlady is very nice and any issues with the house are dealt with promptly. The minimum term is six months and the room will be available from 4/4/12.
