i am currently renting a beautiful studio overlooking the ocean, with big balcony, in the best place to live, the Canary Isand of Tenerife. I have totally remodelled it, new wooden floors, new kitchen, bathroom, total new look. The owner does not know about this. I did it because i fell in love with the apartment, and because i never had a place to call home. The owner is open to sell it, but still undecided. The rent contract ends in June. I do not have the money to buy it. Is there any investor willing to co-buy it with me, or lending me the money, so i can then rent it to pay back the money, or better yet, let me live there but you own it?
