The flat is on Leamington Terrace, opposite the Bruntsfield Links, and the location is great for getting to the local shops in Bruntsfield or Tollcross and getting into town. The flat is first floor, with high ceilings and cornicing, finished to a very high standard. Kitchen is a good size with lots of light. The bedrooms available are both doubles (one large, one medium). There is also a small lounge. It is HMO registered and the landlady is really nice and always gets things sorted out quickly.
