It is approximately a 20minute walk from the Universities Kedleston Road Campus There is one room left available for rent shown in the pictures. There are currently two girls moved in who already study at the university and are looking forward to having a new house mate.

We are looking for someone to move in who is sociable, friendly, hygienic and preferably female. The tenant should be available for correspondence through email or by phone.

The rent is calculated at £65 per week and excludes household bills, internet and TV. The house is however already set up with internet and TV.

The remaining rent to paid on the property is:

£780 on the 24th October
£780 due in January
£540 final payment due in April

(Any additional payments will be calculated starting from the move in date and will amount to £65pw up until the 24th of october.)
