Hello!

I am looking for a student to take over my contract starting 1st July as I will no longer be around Manchester. It's a lovely 5 bed house with 4 female students.

About the house: £75.50 per week - rent includes electricity, gas, water, TV licence and broadband internet (wireless is also available) . Front and back yard, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, microwave, 2 fridges, 2 toilets, bathroom and shower. Walking distance to university, shops and bars. Easy access to bus routes. The room available is a large double bedroom which locks inside and outside.
