Hey, my name is Steph and I'm a Edinburgh Napier student going into second year in September. I've just moved into a 2 double bedroom flat in Polwarth, and am having to find another flatmate to replace the person I was originally moving in with. The ideal flatmate would be a Napier student, as it's about a 10 minute walk to Merchiston campus, and bus routes to all other campuses are pretty conveniently located near the flat.

IMPORTANT - I do not own the flat, so I can't really share with people looking for short term stays. The minimum stay is six months because you have to sign a six month lease agreement with the letting agent who deal directly with the landlady.

The flat itself is directly opposite Harrison Park, a beautiful public park that will be handy to have when the weather is nicer for hanging about in. It's a 10 minute walk away from Fountain Park which has a cinema, casino, a gym, and a Nandos - you'd never complain about being bored again.

Rent is 650 for the whole flat, so split between two that makes it 325 plus bills. It's a gas/electric combi flat, and I've made sure that broadband is up and running so those bills would also be halved.
