We’re Jack and Marga. We currently have a spare medium sized fully furnished room (based at the back of the house facing the garden) and we’re currently looking for someone who is friendly and clean to join our 5 bedroom shared house. We have a Morrison’s supermarket which is only a 5/10min walk from the house, the center of Brighton is only 10/15 minutes and the beach is 10/15 minutes away too.


The house is fully furnished with an open plan kitchen/living room, one main bathroom with toilet, sink, bathtub and shower and there is also a spare toilet. And finally there’s a medium size garden in which you can sit outside during the summer and have barbeques. The house is located on Johns Street.


The rent is £370 PCM and this does not include bills. The bills are due every 3 months for gas/electric and 6 months for water.
