Everyone who visits the flat comments about how lovely it is. Definitely worth coming to see. My room is only becoming available as I am moving to the seaside to have a baby. I have lived in the flat for 10 years and I am going to miss it! I hope to pass on my room to someone else who will appreciate and enjoy the flat just as I have.

Near Tooting Rail Station (4 mins) and Tooting Broadway Tube station (10 mins). Near local amenities - supermarkets, pubs, bars, restaurants, cafes, Tooting market etc. Lots of local buses (44, 57, 77, 127, 131, 155, 219, 264, 270, 280, 333, 493, G1)
