Hello, I am looking for a mature, considerate and easy going working professional to share this great flat with. Situated in Cotham, this top floor flat has carpet throughout, all white goods, and is extremely close to Cabot Circus (about 20mins walk), 15 mins to the city centre, and only 5mins walk to Gloucester Road and Stokes Croft. There’s also a fast wifi internet connection.

My current flatmate is moving out on the 12th of May to live with his girlfriend, ideally I’d like for someone to take his place shortly there after. This flat would suit someone who is looking for somewhere to relax in the evening and wants to live in a clean and tidy house and doesn’t mind helping out with housework now and then. Someone who respects other peoples space but also enjoys the odd glass of wine/rum/beer after work in the evening, but this is definitely not a student flat.

Double room will be un-furnished.
