Recently refurbished flat, in a large Victorian building, with wooden floors spread over 2 floors situated on leafy Hilldrop Road which is a quiet residential road just off Camden Road. Ten minute walk to Kentish Town tube or Tufnell park tube or 5 Minutes on bus to Camden railway station or tube. A great range of local pubs and restaurants close by. A stone’s throw from Hampstead Heath.

We are 2 professionals (1 male, 1 Female-Both 30-Friends-Not a couple) looking for a male or female professional aged between 27-35 to share the flat with us.

Kitchen comprises of all essential amenities including dishwasher and large fridge freezer. Bathroom will be shared by you and only one other as one of the other bedrooms is en-suite.

Rent is £715 a month. On top of this the bills for the Gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, and Sky TV and broadband comes to £101. 46 which equates to a total £816. 46 of per month. There is a 1 off fee for the TV license of £48. 50. We are also looking to get a cleaner in which will work out to £7 each every 2 weeks.

We have lived in the property for 1 year and our housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend on the 5th of May. We are going to extend the contract for 1 year with a 6 month break clause. You will need to sign this contract with us and be referenced by the letting agents Black Katz and they will charge £120 plus vat. On moving into the property you will also need to pay a £900 deposit that is held with the management company that owns the property in the landlord’s bond scheme.
