We would love a like-minded person to come join our house. We all have our own interests and commitments so no one is obliged to join in with every single going on, but we ideally are looking for someone who fun, outgoing, easy-going & will get stuck in and bring something new to the house.

We have one space left, which is a small double bedroom with shared ensuite. Bills are circa 60pcm.

The house is a very spacious 2-storey house with a large kitchen, 2 massive lounges and three bathrooms. We also are bang next door to another gradcommunity house that inhabits another 4 housemates , so it's fair to say this is a very sociable house to live in!

We all have come from different places, and wound up in Birmingham for various reasons (mainly jobs), and so have brought in a range of different interests and friends into the mix. These include poker, various sports and healthy fitness bits and bobs, playing guitar, and then of course partying.

We all get stuck in with an eclectic mix of nights, ranging from the Bear pub round the corner, to skanking it up in Snobs or partying until daylight at the Rainbow. We also love our festivals and holidays (standard). Job-wise we are again an extremely random mix of, a community grants officer, account executive, trainee solicitor, policy executive, electronics engineer and a sign language interpreter.

We throw house parties every few months or so, and we enjoy pubs, nights out and cinema visits as a house whenever the mood catches us.
