Large bright Room in Ealing on Argyle Road. 5 mins from West Ealing overland (direct to Paddington in 15 mins) 10 min walk to Ealing Broadway. 2 Bus stops directly outside serving 3 buses.

Rent is 410 pcm and expenses are approx 60 - 100 per month dep on power. Bond is 1 months rent.

Flatmates: 1 couple (Paul and Olivia) and 1 single (Alesha). You share the bathroom with only 1 other. You have your own small deck off the room and the room comes with a double bed, bedside cabinet, double wardrobe, set of draws and mirror. The house has a communal lounge and kitchen but no backyard or dining.

Your flatmates are tidy, polite and friendy they tend to be quiet during the week but the weekend they are always up for quiet drinks going at home or going to the local pub. You should be sociable, clean and tidy. Friendly but respecting of peoples space. Male is preferred so that Paul can play PS3 with him but we will consider a girl if its the right fit.
