Double room in Clapham North - £458 Per/Month + Bills £95 (Council tax, TV license, electricity, water, gas, broadband/wifi and general household goods)

Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a share house in Clapham North.
Short walk from Clapham North Station and Clapham High St.

This room is furnished (double bed, 1 x 3 draw unit, wardrobe) and is part of a 3 bedroom share house.

Flatmates are 1 Aus Guy & 1 Aus Girl.

Refundable deposit of £650 to be paid to the landlord.
4 weeks rent is required up front (£458)
Need to sign lease which will be £100 paid directly to the real estate agent.

The room is available to move in on the 1st July.

Viewings will be on Sunday afternoon and Monday evening. Please email me to arrange a time for a viewing if your interested
