Single room to rent in a 4 bedroom house at Barons court.
Room comes with single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, little table, mirror and also has its own separate toilet with sink.
The house is located 2 minutes walk from Barons court tube station ( Picadilly and District line) and bus stop ca 5 min walk.
The house itself is well lived but it has everything you need and its cosy and clean. Bathroom with shower over the bath. In kitchen we have washer with dryer, microvawe, kettle, fridge/ freezer.
open plan kitchen lounge with double doors opening to a little back garden/balcony where you can keep your bicycle if you have one.
You will share the house with 2 ladys and one guy all in their 20-s. Friendly and easy going.
The boring part now - rent is 384 per month and payable on the 6th of
each month. Bills are separate and avarage would be about 70 pounds per month and it includes council tax, gas, electricty, water, internet.
The room will be available from Sunday 29th. Please write us little about yourself, what you do for living, where you come from etc. Also please
be genuine as we had lot of timewasters.
If you are interested then you have to consider that there is deposit 500 pounds and rent for 7 days for 88 pound as it is payd till the 6th of August . So the 1 st one who pays the deposit will have the room.
Who we are looking is a person who would be responsible with full time
job and who would take part of the household dutys. Prefer non smoker. So we would like to hear from you if you want to live in à great location, with nice housemates and it wont cost you à fortune.
