Looking for a fun, professional non smoking male or female to move into our single room available from 17 June.

The house is a five bedroom, two bathroom (two showers/two toilets), two story flat. We are mulitcultural South African, Zimbabwean, English, Slovakian and Canadian and are all aged between 23-31 and would suit someone in the same age range. All hold professional jobs and are fun and easy to get along with. We enjoy going out together and we all like to travel.

House and bedroom are fully furninshed with wireless broadband, phone, modern kitchen and lounge. There is also a sky dish installed, so if you have your own Sky box, it can be connected.

Deposit is £350 plus one months rent in advance at £350.
Also a one off small charge to put your name on the lease ( will probably happen in August, roughly £20-30)
Bills are £40 per month that includes council tax (Wandsworth Council), cleaning products,phone, broadband, gas and electricity.
Water comes in every 6 months ( usually comes to £30 each).
There is no contract to tie you in - all we ask is that you give a months notice when moving out and help finding a new flattie.

Close to transport.
20 mins to Waterloo with connections to Victoria/Croyden on overland Southwest train from Barnes station. It is a 5 minute walk to station or you could get the bus which takes you straight there.
Bus stop is 2 mins walk away with frequent buses to Hammersmith, Richmond, Putney, and Wimbledon. Buses are reliable and come on time.
Nearest Tube is East Putney or Hammersmith. Approximately 10-15 mins journey on the bus to get there.
Close to range of shops and takeaway.
Richmond park is at the end of the street! Go and see the Queens Deer or for a run!

The location on the map is not entirely correct. We are closer to Upper Richmond road.
