We have a single room to rent in our friendly house-share in West Acton. Suitable for a young non-smoking professional.

We are 2 full time professional females in out twenties and are looking for third similar person to join us.

The house is clean and tidy, fully furnished and equipped. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dryer,2 fridge freezers, etc. and plenty of cupboard space.

There's a large sitting room, 2 bathrooms, secluded garden, Broadband Wi-Fi and free parking for 2 cars.

We are just 1 minute from West Acton Tube (central line) and 5 minutes from North Ealing (piccadilly line). There is also a bus service to Ealing, Shepherds Bush and Chiswick.

All local shops are 1 minute away and a large super 8 minutes.

The rent is £88 per week and includes the council tax.
