one nice, big, furnished room available for august/august+september/whole academic year. the rent is 238 pounds a month + bills (we are paying 35 pounds a month for the internet+electricity+gas). it is a student house with four rooms (students of psychology and mathematics living in the other two). the house is located in old heath, winchester road (CO2 7LH). it is approximately 20 minutes by bus/bike to the uni.
