I have a great room to let in an amazing flat located between Alexandra palace and Wood Green. The flat occupies the first and second floors of a converted Edwardian terraced house. It has three bedrooms two on the first floor at opposite ends of the house plus an attic room. There is a massive through lounge and Kitchen with lots of storage , all the usual kitchen white goods plus a separate dryer and dishwasher. The Bathroom has a bath plus a separate walk in shower.

Sharing the flat with two others your room is at the front of the house. This single room contains a fitted built in wardrobe plus a chest of drawers both brand new. The room has also just been newly decorated.

The area is great, quiet and safe. Almost in front of our house is a very nice small park which is actually a covered up bit of the 'New River walk' and connects to Alexandra Park Station with direct trains to Kings cross and Moorgate. On our left is Alexandra Palace and the park itself with all its concerts, events, ice skating, farmers markets, boating lake, deer park to name a few. Great for relaxing in after work. Wood Green is about 7 minute walk away with all its shops, cinemas and restaurants and Alexandra Palace Station is about 2 minutes away

The rent includes all bills ( Council tax, Water, Gas, Electric, Broadband and TV) We have a cleaner who will clean the Bathroom plus the communal areas ( you are responsible for your own room)

Transport is amazing,
Wood green tube (piccadilly Line) is about 7 minutes away with a connection at Finsbury park for the Victoria Line. From Wood Green to Leicester Square takes about 20 minutes.

Alexandra Palace overground (east coast line) takes you to either Kings cross in about 12 minutes with a train every 15 minutes and Moorgate in 20 minutes again approximately every 15 minutes. With both trains you can swop onto the Tube at Finsbury park (piccadilly or victoria tube) or the moorgate train you can swop at Highbury for the overground and Victoria tube.
There are loads of buses, most notibly the 29 which goes through Camden and on to Trafalgar square plus the N29 night bus.

I am looking for someone considerate, tidy and respectful. It is not a Party house. Male or Female. A vegetarian would be good but not a deal breaker if not. If you love movies you get extra points. A professional person who is in full time employment and working normal hours and someone who is looking for a home not just a flat.

Usual references required, deposit (£412) and a full months rent in advance.
