Hiya

I have a single room available for rent in a 2 bedroom ground floor flat; short term. The room is fully furnished with a large chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe. There is also a foldaway desk and chair plus a tv & dvd player.

My flat is located in Restalrig and is only a few minutes walk from Meadowbank Retail Park. Also within short walking distances are banks, supermarkets, leisure centre and local library. Major bus routes into town are again just a few minutes walk - 25, 19, 34, 4, 26, 44 etc plus ample on street parking if you drive.

All bills are included in the weekly rent except the phone and I have wi-fi.
