Hi,
I am a single 35 year old man, who is not going to be working for the next 8 months and needs a property to rent, either a one bed flat or a studio or a flat/house share.

Unfortunately I do not have any rent in advance or even much of a deposit, but am currently in receipt of Benefits and the council have confirmed that they will pay the rent of a 1 bed property or a studio or a flat share up to £240 per week. I will certainly look after the place and am an extremely responsible, respectful conscientious and model tenant.

If anyone can offer me anything then please email me and I will call you to discuss anything viable.
